Make the share on twitter/facebook show image of the tree

Can we make the share on twitter/facebook show image of the tree? We probably need to implement some kind of permalink so we can set up the meta tags for this? Or perhaps there is another way to load dynamic meta tag.

Remaining item here is to integrate the URLs provided by the share service with the share UI in the web map and wallet map applications.
