The second time I saw a quest card post combat it did not have the quest icon

Saw a post combat reward with 2 cards that were needed for quests. I picked one of them. In a later combat I got the other card as a quest reward but it no longer has the quest icon in the post combat reward screen.

That's a strange issue, I will look into it when i get the chance.
