Condense deployment messages #12
Description
The !deploy functionality is awesome and works really well, but it also spams the channel quite a bit:
I am wondering if we can condense that a bit. For example, instead of sending a new message for each uptime check, the same message could be edited repeatedly. The first messages could also be put together, so that we only have 3 messages in total: The changes, the dependencies and the restart check.
This would make the messages more compact so that you don't have to scroll back as far and also reduces the number of pings others get while you're deploying.
