No information message given by "task sync" in 3.0

This is more of a feature request than a bug.

In previous taskwarrior versions, when I synced my tasks, the command line informed me what had been changed. However, in 3.0, the command "task sync" just outputs "Syncing with Sync server at ..". There is no feedback on whether the sync was successful or not.

My feature request is to return a message that shows something like "successful sync: XX tasks synced ..." when one runs a "task sync" successfully.

That's a good idea!

task sync also says nothing and returns zero code when sync URL of TaskChampion is wrong. task sync likely only uses host name and port, but not path in server URL. So at least it should say something when sync URL has non-empty path, which is not actually supported.

It is not about the need to support path in sync URL (though it could be nice). It is all about that syncing should be much louder on fatal errors and return non-zero.

so it appears to be getting the exit code right. If you are seeing otherwise, please file a new issue!

It would be great if someone -- @antek5421 or otherwise -- had a chance to finish this issue up.

Okay, may be I miss something.

I run TaskChampion on https://vision.spb.ru/taskchampion/, and it syncs smoothly.

But when I launch task rc.sync.server.url=https://vision.spb.ru/404/ sync (try curl https://vision.spb.ru/404/), it just says:

Syncing with sync server at https://vision.spb.ru/404/
Configuration override rc.sync.server.url=https://vision.spb.ru/404/

and returns zero in my case.
