Enhancement - Jitpack integration

Integrate deps with jitpack. Would remove the need for githut pat tokens, and help make the repo be able to scale more

Sounds like a useful thing. How can I do this?

@Gordon-Frohman GTNH's ExampleMod seems to have integration built in, https://github.com/GTNewHorizons/ExampleMod1.7.10/blob/master/jitpack.yml. I'll have to look at a more granular level to see how they implement it, but I have implemented it for one of my mods at https://jitpack.io/#MrFuzzihead/Computercraft-Legacy and then used the jitpack repo as a dependency in some of my other mods.

If I get time later I'll try submitting a PR to this repo for it, then all the deps would just need the same so that they could be pulled from instead of using PAT tokens

Oh, it doesn't seem to be as difficult as I thought it would. I've just finished a major update for MetaWorlds and was going to start working on ReCreate again, so I may just do it myself. If I won't a help would be welcomed.
