Scrolling in one file affects other files in 0.8

In version 0.8 when you have multiple files open and scroll in one file it will change the scroll position of the other files.

For example when you open one file, scroll to the bottom and then open another file, the 2nd file will open scrolled to the bottom.

I am also getting an issue where the scroll position is not saved when browsing through different files. In my case, no matter where my scroll position is when I tab away from a file, the scroll position will be back at the top when I return to the file. This is very annoying when flipping back and forth between multiple large files.
