Shift+Esc for quick exit

Add "key_quick_exit - Toggle Shift+Esc to quit out of Red Faction" to Alpine Launcher settings.

This new hot key streamlined my level testing while developing DM-Play Mat. Super quick. I know you have the option to type quit in consol which is fast, but shift+esc. is infinitely faster. I would like this option available for all users, developers, rage quitters and the acute Christian household where young jimmy needs a quick escape when he hears his parent coming up the stairs.

Quick exit is already accessible via the console, and persists between game launches (via alpine_settings.ini). Given that, I'm not seeing the value this checkbox in the launcher would provide?

As a general matter I try to keep things out of the launcher settings panel whenever it would make more sense (and be practical) for that option to be accessible in-game, and I think this falls into that category. There is perhaps an argument to be made that it could have a checkbox on the advanced options panel rather than being exclusively in the console, but that's just due to space constraints. Eventually I want to have all console-configurable options accessible via in-game menus.

What utility do you see this feature request providing, that isn't already available with it being configurable in-game?

Also, Alt + F4 is always available regardless of whether quick exit is turned on.

Imo Alt+F4 does not have the ergonomics of Shift+Esc so it could be useful to put an in-game option earlier than waiting until every cvar is added in-game.

Or could have it toggled on automatically (by default) with the new alpine update. Then there is no need for an Alpine launcher settings check box.

It could not be turned off originally. But Goober told me a while ago that he was concerned that some players might hit Shift+Esc by accident.
