No EXP #30

Describe the Issue
When I quit out of the game it does not remember what jobs I had, but still has it selected equalling no EXP gain .E.G farming a carrots at level 37 at 321 exp ends up with me being at 321 exp still. The only way to level up is to deselect the job and reselect it later.

Do you use any other mods except the required ones?
I am, however all are compatable
