Build using helper not booting (3.5" CYD Build ST7796U and XPT2046)

Followed the docs and used esp-idf 5.5.1 to make a build for my 3.5" 480x320 Resistive Touch display. Set target both as CYD2432S028R and CYD2USB2.4_Inch with display options under GhostESP Options set to enable touch and change height and width. Under LVGL I set both the LCD and Touch drivers, saved and built. Flashed all 3 bins it generated, properly to bootloader, partitions and firmware. Doesn't even boot, when I try to check if its running headless using serial terminal to communicate and it just shows me "boot:0x13 (SPI_FAST_FLASH_BOOT) invalid header: 0x00722d00" in the serial terminal. Made sure i sent them to the right partitions too as I flashed bmorcelli launcher right after and it worked fine. (ps theres a working fork of esp32 Marauder and Bmorcelli Launcher that work for this device already). Any help would be appreciated.

Edit : Also tried flashing just the stock esp32 bin, using the web flasher, same result (W (168) boot: Unicore bootloader
