Fixed position logo

Users should have the option to add a logo which would remain in a fixed position throughout the story. This would default to the upper left, but could also work in other positions.

In the metadata section, users will have the ability to upload their logo in any format that supports transparency (SVG preferred). The logo will remain in the same position regardless of any other user input.
