2.20 - Blurboxing progress

Note: Do not install this build for production. it's very much an in development build.
This build adds:

• Blurboxing - Initial stab at it. I had to write scaling algos from scratch so expect regressions there.
• Fading is totally broken in this build
• Logging has been enhanced, there are many more entry points logged now and more params to help with debugging
• The 'engine' behind the playlists has been revamped, cleaned up a ton and fixed some bad reentry bugs which were messing things up. This actually may end up alot more stable
• UNTESTED: Test fix for the reboot issue where it'd constantly reboot.
