[BACKEND] Database Seeding Script - Bounties

Description: Expand seed script to attach Bounties to the dummy Guilds created in previous steps.

Requirements and context:

• Mix statuses (open, claimed, completed).

Suggested execution:

1. git checkout -b feature/seed-bounties
2. Finish prisma/seed.ts.

Test and commit:

• Run full seed and log completion safely.
• feat: complete database seeding with bounties

Guidelines: Closes #[issue_id].
