Person's particulars not updated when adding next of kin's phone number

I tried editing (adding) a next of kin's phone number like in the screenshot below, using the command edit 6 kp/123

The 6th person in the list did not reflect the updated information.

However, this works when updating the next of kin's address, as seen for person 7 and person 8 in the screenshots above
