Missing explanation for exit command

Exiting the program feature is missing an explanation of how to navigate the pop-up when exiting as shown below

Team's Response

We believe that the severity should be low instead. Regardless of what button on the popup the user clicks, it does not affect the user in any way and the app still exits as expected.

Furthermore, we do have a section about exporting data after exiting but we agree that we could've drawn a link between these 2 processes.

• The reason to change to Low is not supported well enough.
  
• Since there is no link between the exit feature and what to do if this specific pop-up comes up in the user guide, users will be unsure of what to do with the pop-up occasionally, although the application will work fine.
• Moreover, there will be an additional confusion between the terms exporting contacts, and exporting database as database is not well-defined in the UG, making it harder for users to know what to do after encountering the pop-up after using the exit command.
