The symbols next to the names of the contacts are not explained

Although the male and female symbols may be known by some, it cannot be assumed that every user will know these symbols.

The ticks and crosses could be confusing as the isCalled attribute are already explicitly stated so users may be unsure of what else the tick and crosses may represent.

Team's Response

Severity should be "very low" instead. These symbols are purely cosmetic and does not affect usage. Users do not need to explicitly know what those symbols represent since we already have the Called and Gender fields (person card) explicitly stated like what you mentioned.
