Your Expectation
Writing genomes to Larvae using a Splicer and Apiarist Serum should always move the Larvae to the output slot once it finishes.
The Reality
- Take Empty Serum Vial
- Select any genome from Gene Bank (e.g. species type)
- Put the resulting Apiarist Serum into a Polymeriser to get more than 0 durability
- Insert the "repaired" Apiarist Serum and Larvae (can insert multiple) into a Splicer
- When the serum is on 1 durability, the next Larvae will not be moved into the output slot, preventing it from being extracted with conduits or pipes

Image 1: showing the Apiarist Serum at 1 durability

Image 2: Apiarist Serum is moved to output because it has no durability left (expected), however, Larvae, even though it received the genome (in this case Lead species), stays in the middle slot, preventing it from being extracted using conduits or pipes
Your Proposal
Larvae that was written to with an Apiarist Serum on 1 durability should also be moved to the output slot
