I encountered a recurring issue while using the application. After launching the program and waiting for the main interface to load, the application unexpectedly crashes without warning. The crash appears to happen shortly after the program attempts to connect or sync data, leading to a “Runtime Exception” error. This issue occurs consistently and prevents normal use of the software. I have already tried common troubleshooting steps such as restarting the application and device, but the problem persists. I believe this may be related to a fault in the application’s server thread handling or data processing. Kindly investigate this matter as it significantly affects usability. I am open to providing additional logs or steps to help replicate the error if needed.
