A summary table where user puts in a set of covariates X_1-X_k and the standardized mean differences are displayed for each covariate based on weighting using the IP weights.

provide PS object and then variable of selected variable and list of covariants for standardized mean differences.

• user could specific set of variables, but could include variables that outside of the model.
• both continuous and categorical are different calculations. Categorical - compute stat on each level of variables.
