User Can Select Document Type from DDL

As a user, I want to select the type of document I am submitting (e.g., W-2, 1099, DD214), so that the system knows which fields to extract and can validate completeness.

Acceptance Criteria:

• User can select from a predefined list of document types: W-2, 1099, DD214, other
• The selection is stored and associated with the uploaded document.
• Extraction rules are adjusted based on the selected document type. (Needs definition or is maybe a future story?)
