Tensorflow does not support 3.13...yet!

After #26 was resolved upstream, the new problem child for Python 3.13 is tensorflow.

See tensorflow/tensorflow#78774 for more details.

NOTE: There does seem to be an almost-successful feedstock update here: conda-forge/tensorflow-feedstock#409 but that said, we use pip to install tensorflow, so we'd need to wait for here: https://pypi.org/project/tensorflow/

Ooh:

TF 2.20.0-rc0 was just released and it contains support for Python3.13. You can install and test it now with python -m pip install tensorflow==2.20.0rc0 (or similar, dependending on what you use)
