Check multiple outer/middle loop capability

This requires proper reset and avoidance of deallocation or allocation of arrays already allocatable. At this point - version 1.1.0 - cannot handle multiple outer (or middle) loops. This needs fixing.

Version 1.2.1 now is capable of running multiple outer loops, but results of the second loop don't seem very trustworthy.
