this associated w/ the obs class ncep_goescsr_bufr used for ABI.

Where is the data located?

File type: gsrcsr.tm00.bufr_d

@rlucches Rob, do you know if you are pulling data files from NCEP that look anything like this: gdas1*gsrcsr.tm00.bufr_d

Rob told me the most recent 6 month of gsrcsr is in
/discover/nobackup/dao_ops/intermediate/flk/stage/gdas1/gsrcsr

I just confirmed that all gsrcsr data can be accessed through a permanent path through the archive on discover30, /archive/input/dao_ops/ops/flk/ncep_gps/bufr/GSRCSR/Y2025/M11
