Brandon: Not that I would switch from angular, but could score some points using dart :)

Mike: I agree - Dart would be cool. Maybe too radical for near-term migration.

Brandon Donnelson:

Good point. But on the other hand my thought was overcoming the obstacles related to that could be rewarding and seen as noteworthy, and would be fun to exercise the brain in non standard activities. :) Anyway, It was a random thought. I looked at the other gdgs stuff, that boostrap api is still quite new so i thought dart could do those same functions probably quicker in a structured code formatting. So that was just a thought, speaking out loud, no real meat behind that. I've been looking for an excuse to work on dart. lol. :)

I think switching to dart would raise some eyebrows :)

I think you mean "angular api" not "bootstrap api"?

Yes, Angular is the New Hotness on the JavaScript side. Frankly, I wouldn't mind getting exposure to that AND Dart. Could be constructive to continue to build out as an Angular App, and THEN do a Dart fork and see how they compare.

Comparing would be cool too.

We also should think about other clubs and building pull requests that they would want to take.

I always find it interesting with open source projects to see how amiable the exiting team is to requests like this :)

Just a thought, instead of all out dart, maybe sprinkle it in, embedding it for a particular function.
