No version printed when installed with Bioconda and executed with the `-version` flag

This is a super minor thing that I encountered when reporting the previous issue (#80).

When BCALM is installed with Bioconda on OS X, it cannot print its version (doesn't print anything).

$ bcalm -version

According to Conda, it's the version 2.2.3:

$ conda list bcalm
