Expose PS5 as media player (ex: Apple TV) in HAOS so it can be exposed as such in HomeKit

Hi

Thanks to homebridge, I've had the PS5 exposed as a media player instead of a switch in HomeKit for 5 years now. But I'm migrating to HAOS. Knowing you're not responsible for how HAOS exposes it to HomeKit, I was wondering however if you could do that one step as to register the paired PS5 as a media player entity rather that "just" a switch?

Then HAOS integration called HomeKit Bridge would take over to expose it as media player. Is it something you can consider?

Unfortunately HA does not support MQTT media_player entities. You can however combine the entities the add on creates using a template with: https://github.com/Sennevds/media_player.template.
