Can I make it a bit more responsive? (or is it my hardware) #60

Hi, First off, I don't think this has anything to do with your hardware. Now, at least, I am sure that there is something wrong with the config. I already tried to find what could be the problem, but unfortunately, I didn't find anything convincing. Maybe the problem comes from GTK. Right now, the terminal I use is Ghostty, which uses GTK to create the window, and it opens way slower than Kitty, which doesn't use it. I haven't invested much time into the config lately, but now that I have more time, I will try to find the problem or at least a way to make it faster and snappier. This is definitely a problem I will try to fix, but I don't have any immediate solution at the moment. |

Before this repo I have tried i3 on nixos and it was so fast! Well probably because it was empty (no fancy stuff). But this one looks so beautiful but a tiny bit slow. Sometime to open terminal or a browser it takes 1-2s and I think did I click it? (performance mode).
I really would like to stay with this flake (did I call it correct? - I am a bit new to NixOS too). If there would be a less demanding build, but I thought my laptop should still handle it better than it is now.
Thanks for sharing this flake <3
