[ISSUE] - Wrong Extruder and casting molds macerator output

Describe the bug
-A major steel skip, All extruder and casting molds give steel dust when macetated.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Craft any mold (empty mold works) with wrought iron plates
2. Throw it into a macerator
3. Steel dust is output

Expected behavior
-Molds and extruder molds should give out wrought iron dust when macerated as the recipe uses wrought iron.
