[ISSUE] - Raw Oil drained by the Hose Pulley in Create can't be used by the Basic Distillery

Describe the bug
I used a hose pulley to collect raw oil and poured it into a basic distillery but the distillery doesn't work.

To Reproduce

1. Use a hose pulley to drain raw oil and use a mechanical pump to pull raw oil into a steel drum. The kinetic source used here is a hand crank.

2. Use fluid pipes to pull raw oil into basic distillery. Oil can't be distilled into light fuel. 3. After reload the drum using buckets by hand, the distillery can start working.

Expected behavior
I checked two kinds of raw oil buckets collected by two methods, and they seem to have no differences. So it should work for both of them.
