Do not load hidden records, only hidden content elements

We need to load the hidden content elements to make them editable.
But we do not want to load all the hidden records.

Currently, TYPO3 does not have the ability to differentiate between tt_content and other records, then handling hidden content.
So this change is a bigger Problem.
