add plugin name detection for /su loadplugin #58
Description
when one does /su loadplugin they should be able to either put in the plugin name or the jar file name. this would make it way easier on sparkedhost, where plugin files are named by their spigot id. serverutils should check the jar files for the plugin name inside the plugin.yml file.
