Context

The issue list should be grouped into practical milestones so it does not look like a random backlog.

Scope

  • Create milestones or a docs roadmap
  • Group p0/p1 tasks first
  • Separate product polish from protocol hardening

Acceptance criteria

  • Milestones or roadmap group the top issues
  • Labels and priorities remain consistent
  • Code, docs, or tests are updated in the same PR where applicable
  • README or comments stay honest about prototype limits
