Context

The README attributes upstream work; new files should be clean about ownership and licensing too.

Scope

  • Review Setu-added files
  • Add concise headers where appropriate
  • Keep upstream license intact

Acceptance criteria

  • Attribution is consistent
  • No generated artifacts get noisy headers
  • Code, docs, or tests are updated in the same PR where applicable
  • README or comments stay honest about prototype limits
