Binary and openspec directory name conflict #368
Description
Name "openspec" is used for both binary name and directory name for specifications within project Git repository. Due to this, when user runs command openspec, instead of getting usage instructions from the binary, the shell will (usually) enter openspec directory within the Git repository.
