Confirmation Buttons lost against the background

I love this software, but there's one thing that constantly frustrates me:

the little confirmation pop-up buttons blend in to the background so well, that I'm always forgetting to click them.

I've only been using dockhand for a couple of months--has this come up before? If it's in the to-do list somewhere, I don't want to bring it up again.
