The message that appears when a player interacts with an NPC during cooldown is always the same globally. It can be changed in the configs, but not individually for each NPC.
To make even better use of this feature, it would be great to be able to specify what happens when you click during cooldown.
Like npc action <npc> on_cooldown_click
