I have tried this for godaddy from your documentation and it does not work
http://email09.secureserver.net/webmail.php?login=1&compose=1&compose_args=sendto{to}

So I tried this and several others with the {to} syntax but nothing works if any one can give me the correct URL it would be fantastic!
https://email13.godaddy.com/?s=AAABAAAAADYuNy42#compose?=sendto{to}
https://email.godaddy.com?=sendto{to}
