A ui help key #307
Description
We have lots of UIs that do lots of things and as time goes on we will add lots more that do lots of more complicated things. Let's find a key (/ maybe, but it doesn't matter) and have it give the player UI-context-sensitive help for things which are unique to a UI or for conceptual things which would be indicated visually. This solves the teaching problem by changing teaching every possible UI to teaching people about the help button, and should open us up to doing a lot more.
