@FMTDev all mods are working well bro but when I apply face and kits mod it's like the mod is not applied no changes in file and file size too but for other mods I can notice them I hope you can fix them btw thx for ur work

Hi @FMTDev great job bro, it work partially on ps4 up today.
Could you please update the tool for support the last update 1.07 (TU4) for ps4? I noticed that with FMT-25.8.9078.42722 does not open some .fifamod files for TU4.
What do you think may be the reason why texture mods (kits and faces) are not written in the game files, instead other files such as gameplay mod, unlock player editors and minikit-logos are written correctly?

Hi @FMTDev @paulov-t , i got to test several PC mods on my PS4 these days and found out somethings:

  • WORKING CORRECTLY: TV Logos (sky,dazn), Extended Editor Player, In-game Generated Miniface (Marconis)
  • INSTALL CORRECTLY but I doubt it works 100% correctly: Career (BetterCM, KIARIKA), Realistic Crowd, V-Gamepley V4 (your gameplay mod only installs correctly if I choose .fbmod files and not .fifamod)
  • WORKING PARTIALLY: License Seria A (only logo, minikit and club name), Create a Club (only crest and minikits)
  • NOT INSTALLED AT ALL: Face mods, Immersion mod, Danielz true simulation, Wide camera, other gameplay.fifamod, Crowd chant mod, Trophy-Nets-Pitch mods

Regarding this KIT ISSUE, since if I choose a license mod from the internet FMT does not write the kits, I tried importing them directly through the FMT editor either with kits from discrod server or created by me with the fifa-kit-creator.

These are the results:

0_Lombardia FC default kit - Copia

1_Choising the New kit - Copia

2_New Kit after impoting - Copia

This strange behavior of the texture I have noticed both if I import a kit already created by others, and if I export a default kit and then re-import the same.
Also I have tried the following texture scales: 512, 1024, 2048 from EAFC Kit Creator web site

  • IN GAME EFFECTS:

So concluding if you Directly import kits via for example a “license_Seria_A. fifamod” FMT seems to manage to overwrite correctly only files regarding club name, logo and minikt. While if you Manually import the various files from the editor, FMT seems to process something, it correctly overwrites the files with the modded ones, but it remains to be understood how to solve this texuture problem during the import.
It seems that FMT processed and then reconstructed the image incorrectly.

Congratulations again for the work behind this tool and your mods.
Thanks in advance, hope you can take a look and fix this problem so that we PS4 owners can enjoy the mods too.

in regards to the texture problem. i havent got a working import function working yet. ps4 textures are very different to pc so they need a conversion. i'll get there at some later stage.

the ps4 textures use gnf format i had same issue with sifu modded texture i fixed that by using fallout 4 texture converter tool ps4 which converts to gnf format then i renamed to dds and imported then it worked perfectly

Hi @paulov-t @FMTDev.
I have made considerable progress since the last time, thanks to @TylerQuint advice i managed to convert the textures and reimport them correctly. Unfortunately it is a long and tricky process but necessary for the proper functioning of those mods that involve texture changes.
So basically PS4 users can use them but they have to create their own mods themselves they can't directly import the ones that are available on the internet,
Here are a couple of screens showing kits, banners and flags:

...And final tatatada maybe faces work too....
For now I did only one swap: I extracted “head_37576_var1” (R9-The Phenomenon) and replaced it with the one from player id 201118 (cedric soares) again with proper file conversion.

In contrast to the kits, I noticed a strange scattering when zoomed in during the replay, in the scenes of entering the field or mod players menù, NOT during the game match (I will try to upload a short video).

Also i wanted to ask you a favor, since especially for the faces i need all the files and they are hard to find online i thought of extracting and converting them from fifa 22 (most of retired players are present there) FMT editor seems to work up to a certain point then it crashes around 63% of “assign data file process” returning the following error (i do the same step used for fc25 with pc profile, the one that i used for PS4)

I tried with the various profiles fifa22, 23, fc24 and playing with it a bit but i can't open the editor correctly. I know it's an old game but can you take a look at it? ( here game and upd). 22-ps4.txt

Lastly, before i thought of extracting these files from fifa 22 i found this free FC24 .projectfile (another classic mod
another classic mod fc24.txt) if i try to extract mesh and texture from here i get this other errors ("Asset entry"):

  • exporting from "export button on top"

is it possible to work around it somehow?
