gene ID mappings for human and pig?

@arnikz, I had a look at the RDF and was looking for gene resources... @Chris-Evelo told me that he and Barend had particularly in mind for @JonathanMELIUS to make link sets, so I am exploring what link sets Jonathan needs to make. Pigs, human, I reckon from the wiki page, but I like to see what the gene resources in the current RDF look like. But, could not find any so far... are those already in the RDF?

@egonw, I'm not sure which RDF you are referring to; there are many used for this use case. However, the pigQTLdb RDF is the only one distributed in this repo and the remaining RDFs (Ensembl, Uniprot, OMIM etc.) are downloaded during the install process. For example, Ensembl and OMIM contain a.o. gene-centric data.
