use foaf:page instead of rdfs:seeAlso for webpages about an entity

Hi @egonw, could you elaborate on this a bit more what's the problem with rdfs:seeAlso?

rdfs:seeAlso has very little meaning. You can point from an apple to Donald Trump with rdfs:seeAlso. Not so much a problem, but also not really informative. (hence an 'enhancement' and not a 'bug' :)

Instead, foaf:page has the meaning that the object is a document about the former.
