Windows build failing on CI because of R #265

In #260 we added rpy2, but this fails to build currently in the Windows CI build.
We decided to leave the broken build in for now, because we first need anyway to add a test that covers R usage to be able to confirm that R support works at all, see #264.
After fixing #264, the Windows build can be addressed.
