[Request] Dynamic Crosshair mod compatibility

The Dynamic Crosshair mod allows you to extensively customize the crosshairs depending on tools and other circuumstances, but overwrites ShoulderSurfing's crosshair when it is set to dynamic.

Request:
Allow for movement of the dynamic crosshair instead of it remaining static.

Thanks for the report. This most likely needs to be fixed by DynamicCrosshair, as Shoulder Surfing Reloaded does not change any vanilla crosshair rendering code, it only offsets the crosshair.
