I suddenly can't run the program at all without some kind of proxy when offline, which I can't find anywhere.

please provide us more info. which proxy you use? and update the err log in Error log | 报错日志 | ログ

Nevermind, I figured it out: I had to download the model via the proxy. But I thought the models shown were already installed given the several gigabytes required to install the program in the first place.
