supported document: more details on XML strict vs Transitional #6

Description

@ericbl

Since the LibreOffice guys are continuously fighting on the document format only:

https://blog.documentfoundation.org/blog/2026/06/02/a-standard-in-name-only/

the initiative with multiple document format for Euro Office is very welcome.

however, to clarify the situation, the documentation should define which variants of the format are supported.

Especially OOXML from Microsoft is mostly used on the OOXML Transitional variant.
The OOXML Strict which eliminated most of the problematic legacy elements is rarely used.

OnlyOffice (and thus Eurooffice) is working with the standardized OOXML, which is the original OOXML Transitional.
However, it seems Microsoft keeps using features on their default OOXML Transitional over standardized OOXML, so no software can garrantee the MS docx/xlsx/etc are open 100% correct in any other software.

In Excel, you can see an example with "comment" and "note" -> a xlsx file from Excel does not display these comments properly in OnlyOffice and likely Eurooffice.
