Display feature count for one layer too

We designed to not display the feature count in the layer list if there's only one layer, but with the implementation of My reports feature displaying this feature count will be beneficial for users. Just like how feature count gives an idea of the total number of reports.

The challenge would be to best location for the text in the feature list view, and we'd need to get some designs to review.
