ArcGIS Instant Apps, Reporter fails to show pinpoints while searching for an address to submit a record via a mobile device.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a Point feature layer, enable editing.
2. Create web map.
3. Create 'Reporter Instant app'>configure app to allow 'report an incident'
4. Publish and launch.

Observation: -

Tested the behavior in desktop view; the issue is not reproducible.
Reproducible in mobile view, observed that when we search, the map starts moving and takes you to the desired location, and before it could show the pin/point, the form loads, and it hides the map view. Due to which the user is unable to see where the point lies.

@sumitzarkar Let's add a pinpoint. I think this should be fixed when we move to feature forms and use the next/back workflow.
