Add 'Short Org Url' messaging

We need to add short url messaging for all the template apps, if an application is publicly shared, it can be accessed from a completely different org by changing only the org url which exposes a security vulnerability for the apps. To address this concern all agol apps are adding short url message which will let the user know when an app does not originate from same url as the address.
