After accidentally saving a map with the 4.x mapviewer and then changing it back, data cannot be selected from the table or the map.

Query captured in the web traffic results in a 400 error stating : "'objectIDs' parameter is invalid". Upon closer inspection of the query it appears the ojbectID consistently getting passed in NA (ie the query is ObjectID=NA).

Steps to repro:

  1. Deploy a solution with Crowdsource Manager (ROW Permitting)
  2. Add data to the polygon feature (ROWPermits)
  3. Open the map used in Crowdsource Manager (Row Permit Manager) with the new mapviewer
  4. Pan the map to a new extent and save
  5. Open the map used in Crowdsource manager (Row Permit Manager) with the classic mapviewer
  6. Pan the map to a new extent and save
  7. Open the Crowdsource Manager app (ROW Permit Manager)
  8. Select the added feature in the Table or map

BUG: The app hangs and nothing is returned.
