Show When User Last Added Activity

Display when the user last added an activity to the tracker

Tasks

• Add timestamp display in dashboard header
• Format as "Last activity: 2 hours ago" using relative time
• Store last activity time in localStorage or database
• Update timestamp when new activity is added
• Show "No activities yet" if user hasn't added any
• Use a nice subtle style (gray text, small font)

Acceptance Criteria

• Timestamp updates when activity added
• Relative time is human-readable ("2 hours ago", "yesterday", etc.)
• Doesn't clutter the UI
• Updates across page refreshes
