Client Configuration File link is broken on readthedocs (but not on github: #4504)

Latest (according to readthedocs)

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Open this link: https://codechecker.readthedocs.io/en/latest/analyzer/user_guide/#analysis-configuration-file:~:text=For%20details%20see%20Client%20Configuration%20File
2. Click on 'Client Configuration File'.

Expected behaviour
The link shouldn't be broken. It was actually fixed on github by #4652, but the readthedocs page wasn't updated.
